The Calming Cuties
“Calm As A Cloud”
Instructions: Before hitting “play,” try settling in with these calming breaths and movement:
“Let’s all sit nice and quietly.”
“Take a nice, deep breath in! ~ Now breathe it all out.”
Let’s begin with a gentle “Crescent Moon” stretch! (Can be done sitting or standing.)
"Imagine you are a little moon rising high into the sky as you lift your arms above your head! Touch your palms together. Let's reach higher and higher into the sky! Now slowly bend your body to the right and form a crescent moon shape. You got it! Now let's slowly bend to the left, forming another crescent moon on your left side. Come back to center. Let's all take a deep breath in.... and a deep breath out. Well done!"
“Let’s take a couple more deep breaths and say this together: “I am calm as a cloud.”
“I am calm as a cloud.”
“Let’s take a deep breath in! ~ Now breathe it all out.”
“I am calm as a cloud.”
“Deep breath in” ~ “Breathe it all out.”
“I am calm as a cloud.”
“Well done.”
“Now let’s relax with the Calming Cuties.”
