Why practice yoga and meditation? To draw in a sense of calm and focus in our minds, and help our bodies by moving and creating fresh blood flow and energy within. When there is a lot going on around you, you may not feel like taking the time to heal your mind and body… But it is important to prioritise your health and well-being,

We can also help our bodies and minds through what we consume with our mouths and our eyes… What we eat, watch, read and choose to do with our time. This all affects how we feel, how we communicate, and our energy levels.

So how will you nourish yourself today? Take a moment to sit down and tell yourself, “Today I choose to nourish myself. I am in charge of how I feel. I prioritise my well-being.” When you nourish your body, you nourish your mind.
