Michelle Falzon London Yoga.jpg

Michelle Falzon

Michelle discovered Yoga in 1994 and instantly fell in love with the way she felt during and after yoga. After many synchronistic situations leading to the same teacher training course, Michelle knew that she had found her calling. Michelle completed a Sivananda Teacher training course in 1997 and began teaching Hatha yoga in various places in South West London, soon expanding by teaching pregnancy, Mums and Baby and children’s yoga. Michelle has continued to teach Yoga in-between having her four children. Yoga has helped her tremendously throughout her life as a full time Mum and really has become a part of her way of everyday life.

In 2007 - 2008 Michelle continued to study and was certified as a Hypnotherapist and a NLP Practitioner & Master Practitioner. Becoming a life coach (alongside teaching yoga) has lead her to incorporate Yoga with the NLP and Hypnosis as a new innovative way to help people to shift through issues and setbacks and is at present devising a unique new way of teaching Yoga incorporating all of her learnings. Michelle loves to share her knowledge and is particularly passionate about bringing yoga to teenagers who are so responsive to it's many benefits. She teaches from the heart, adapting and working with the energy flow of each group of students. Breathing is an integral part of her teaching and although her style of teaching is Hatha based she sometime incorporates other styles of yoga in her classes. Michelle teaches a gentle class which can also be challenging as she gives her students an opportunity to increase their stretch if they wish to.

“Yoga is such a unique and beautiful way to connect with yourself”…
