We all have that inner narrative, that negative self-talk that chatters away in our minds... But do you sometimes speak to yourself in a way that you wouldn’t dream of speaking to another? We all do this from time to time, but it is important to remember that the way you speak to yourself will be reflected onto others.

We need to teach not just ourselves, but our little ones too, the importance of loving yourself. Caring for your mind, body and spirit, means you can be there for them in times of need. Take time for yourself as you would them. Respond to your needs as you would theirs. Love yourself as you do them.

Now breathe in… And breathe out. May you be safe. May you be healthy. May you be loved.
