Noa by HERE Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 August 2026

These terms cover what HERE provides, what a membership includes, and what you may do with the activities. We have written them to be read rather than skipped.

Who We Are

Noa by HERE (“Noa”, “HERE”, “we”, “us”) is a wellbeing service from HERE FYFT, providing evidence-informed activities for children, teens, families, and the adults who support them.

These terms apply whenever you use Noa, whether or not you hold a membership. By using the service you agree to them.

What Noa Is Not

Noa is not a medical, mental health, crisis, diagnosis, or emergency service. Nothing in the library or from Noa herself is clinical advice, and none of it replaces professional care, clinical judgement, safeguarding procedures, or emergency support.

Our activities are evidence-informed rather than evidence-based: they are grounded in established research and written and reviewed by the HERE team and professional partners, but they are not clinical trials and are not offered as treatment.

If someone is at risk, contact your local emergency services or a relevant crisis line.

Foundation, And What Is Free

Anyone may use Noa without paying. Foundation includes the free shelf in the Library, featured activities on the home page, the featured Wellbeing Worlds, two activity downloads each week, two questions to Noa, and one guided meditation.

Some of these open in exchange for an email address. Free allowances are counted per device and may change as the service develops.

Memberships And Payment

Paid memberships are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Prices are shown on the pricing page in pounds and dollars, and the price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay.

A membership continues until you cancel it. You may cancel at any time, from your account or through the billing portal, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a payment fails we will tell you, and Stripe will try again over the following days. If it cannot be taken, the membership ends and the account returns to Foundation.

Activities you downloaded while a member stay yours. You may keep using them with the people you support, on the same terms as below, whether or not your membership continues.

We may change prices for future periods. Existing members will be told before a change affects them.

Refunds

Memberships are not refunded. You can cancel whenever you like, and you keep your membership until the period you have already paid for ends, so nothing is wasted.

That is about part months rather than mistakes. If something has gone wrong — charged twice, charged after cancelling, or the service was not usable — write to us and we will put it right.

Foundation stays free and open, so you can see what HERE holds before you pay for anything.

What You May Do With The Activities

The activity library is HERE's own work and remains ours. Your membership is a licence to use it, not a transfer of ownership.

  • Print, copy and share activities with the children, teens, families, classes, groups or caseloads you personally support.
  • Use them in your setting: a classroom, a clinic, a family hub, a home.
  • Adapt an activity for the person in front of you.

What you may not do: resell them, publish them, put them behind someone else's paywall, upload them to a resource-sharing site, or share your membership so that people outside your own team use it. Team plans exist for whole organisations, and organisation plans are priced for it.

Please keep HERE's name on the sheets where it appears.

Team And Organisation Accounts

A team plan covers a stated number of people. The person who buys it manages who has access, by approving email domains or by adding colleagues individually.

If you approve a domain, everyone with an email address at that domain can use HERE through your plan, and you are responsible for that being appropriate. Public email services cannot be approved for this reason.

Team members get their own account and their own My Journal. What one member saves is theirs; shared collections are shared deliberately.

Your Account And My Journal

You must be 18 or over to hold an account or buy a membership. Noa is built for the adults who support children and young people, and children should use it alongside a parent, carer, or teacher.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself.

My Journal holds what you save. If your membership ends, your journal is not deleted, and the free parts of the service remain open to you.

We may suspend an account that is being used in a way these terms do not allow, such as sharing a single membership across an organisation. We would rather talk to you first, and usually will.

Availability And Changes

We work to keep Noa available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Activities are added, revised and occasionally withdrawn.

We may change these terms. If a change matters to you — anything affecting price, access, or what you may do with the activities — we will tell members before it takes effect.

Your Information

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.
