THEME: “Comfort, Safety, and Belonging”

This theme invites us to take a moment to pause, and invite comfort, safety and belonging into our hearts and minds. When our minds feel like there is too much going on, we can remember to pause. Imagine pressing a big, red pause button over your head and for the next five minutes nothing will affect you while you hold this quiet time in your heart.

Take a few moments to breathe, have a cup of tea, or step outside and breathe in the cool, calming air. It is ok to feel overwhelmed, and it is ok to pause when you do. Feel safe in knowing everyone feels this sometimes, and feel comfort in knowing how to give yourself time to nurture yourself and those you support in moments of need.

You are enough, perfect as you are, and you belong. When you forget this, take a deep breath in through your nose… Imagine the seasonal smells of pine and cinnamon comforting you. Now tell yourself: “I invite quiet. I breathe in warmth to my heart. I am comforted.”

“Build Connections And Make The World Go Round”

We were inspired by the story of Kaavan, who was called “The world’s loneliest elephant.” After hearing about his situation, Kaavan was rescued by Four Paws and Cher, and relocated to a sanctuary in Cambodia for a better life with 600 other elephants! It’s an incredible story about compassion and connection ~ We are grateful to organisations such as Four Paws that exist to protect the earth and all beings in it.

“You Are Not Alone”

Remember that we are all the same. We are all made of the same materials, we experience the same feelings, go through pain, struggles and anger, but we all too easily think we are alone in this. We are not alone. We are here together. Remind yourself of this when you struggle.

“I Need A Break”

We need to ground ourselves and listen to ourselves. We are all hurting at the moment... We’re all in need of healing and to receive kind, loving energy. We hope this theme helps release feelings of being overloaded and allows you to give yourself a break.

“Self Acceptance” Rainbow Theme

Sometimes we have to move through tricky feelings and tricky times. Your feelings during these tricky times are valid and ok. Acknowledge them and breathe so that you come out stronger on the other side. Just like a rainbow after a storm.

“I Am Here. I Am Grounded.”

Everything is connected - We are to one another and also towards the earth, so let’s use this time to reconnect to ourselves, to each other, and to nature.
