How to Request Deletion of Your Data

Deletion Request Process

To request deletion of your personal data:

  2. Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

  3. Include in your email:

    • The email address associated with your HERE FYFT account

    • Any specific data you'd like deleted (or state "all personal data")

What Happens Next

  • We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours

  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days of your request

  • You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete

  • Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., billing records, audit logs) as required by law

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

  • Your account information and profile details

  • Activity history within the HERE FYFT platform

  • User-generated content and preferences

  • Any other personal data associated with your account
