HEALING
let’s help ease the “chitta vritti” worrying mind
It can be easy to feel overloaded throughout life, but these days, it seems especially so. Now more than ever, it’s important to take moments for ourselves to release stress, anxiety, feelings of being overloaded, self-doubt and mind chatter (Chitta vritti). In so-called “normal” times, we already have endless to-do lists and a responsibility for taking care of those around us. Now, it’s only amplified.
we’ve provided resources here that allow for healing ourselves and building resilience. We hope you find that they ease the burdens you are carrying, and we are here for you if you need more help.
