MINDFUL FAMILY TOOLBOX
There’s a high chance you are feeling overloaded on a continuous basis these days. There is a lot we can not control which can be scary, but there are few things we can: Taking deep breaths, being present in the moment, flowing with uncertainty, being kind and compassionate to ourselves and others, snuggling your pets, and nurturing your children. When your brain is spinning and your heart is hurting, we would like to present these activities and ideas, that will help bring you back to the present moment, and inject a dose of calm and relief into those trying times.
