When we're feeling scared, nervous or full of hot bubbly feelings, we have a superpower within us to help see us through ~ Our breath!  Our breath is always here for us, and gives us strength when our feelings become overwhelming. It allows us to pause, and draw in positive, warm light into our minds and our bodies. 

When scary thoughts fill your mind, notice them, and allow them to drift away. Then come back to your superpower breath. Take a nice, deep breath filled with light in, and breathe out your Lion's Breath to feel strong and let all the worries and hot, bubbly feelings out!
