Mindfulness Activities For The Home and Classroom

Welcome to our series of Mindfulness Activity Packs! We have designed these packs for parents, educators and support workers to utilise for their work with the children they support. Within each pack, you will find mindfulness activities and printables all centred upon character education, emotional literacy and well-being.

Having worked in supportive roles with children in home and school settings, we found an opportunity to provide resources that would help families and professionals explore topics relating to well-being. Resources which would not only engage children and allow them to express and understand themselves, but also help you learn more about them and better support them where needed.

Each pack has been created with a focus on a particular theme, such as building resilience, or inviting calm into the day, and is suitable for one-to-one use or in group settings. We hope you enjoy exploring the content and find comfort in your hearts and minds!

We are here for you, for them.

I Need A Break Mindful Activity Pack

“I Need A Break”

We need to ground ourselves and listen to ourselves. We are all hurting at the moment... We’re all in need of healing and to receive kind, loving energy. We hope this theme helps release feelings of being overloaded and allows you to give yourself a break.

Self Acceptance Rainbow Theme Mindfulness Activities

Self-Acceptance Rainbow Theme

Sometimes we have to move through tricky feelings and tricky times. Your feelings during these tricky times are valid and ok. Acknowledge them and breathe… So that you come out stronger on the other side. Just like a rainbow after a storm.
