“Time Out”
Give yourself a time-out to unwind, particularly in a tense situation. If you are a parent, taking a moment to breathe and calm down also demonstrates positive modeling, and shows how to manage stress in a healthy way.
“Positive Jar”
This is a great activity to do with children, that helps with anxiety, self-esteem and happiness. Find any jar in the home, and fill it with positive words. Decorate your Positive Jar with ribbons, stickers and other crafting materials too.
“Family Yoga”
