Noa is a wellbeing companion from HERE Mindfulness, created for providers, practitioners and educators who support children, teens and families. Noa is built entirely from the HERE team's eight years of real-world work, including thousands of proprietary activities developed, designed and created by the team, grounded in HERE's five wellbeing pillars: nature, connection, mindfulness, creativity, and trauma-informed awareness.

Who is Noa for?

The people doing the supporting: school counsellors, early years practitioners, youth workers, family hub teams, and the organisations behind them, including schools, councils, foundations and childcare networks. Organisations can bring Noa into their own digital platforms to support their teams.

Is Noa safe for children?

Accepted Answer

Noa is designed for the adults doing the supporting: providers, practitioners, educators and parents use Noa to support the children and teens in their care, and young people should use Noa with a trusted adult involved. Every suggestion Noa offers comes from HERE's own proprietary activity library, created by the HERE team through eight years of real-world practice across UK and US programmes including the Chelsea FC Foundation, London Family Hubs, schools and non-profits, and grounded in five evidence-based wellbeing pillars: nature, connection, mindfulness, creativity and trauma-informed awareness. Noa does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and prompts are not intentionally linked to anyone's identity. If a message suggests an urgent concern, Noa signposts crisis and emergency support. Noa is a wellbeing support tool, not a medical, crisis or emergency service, and it never replaces professional care or safeguarding procedures.

Noa is free to use with no conversation limit. You can ask Noa and explore activity ideas without signing up, and we only ask for your email when you open your first activity, after which downloads are unlimited. A subscription with deeper support is coming soon. Organisational pilots and platform integrations by enquiry.
