Paying For The Year, Or By Invoice?
Each plan is ten months' price when paid for the year. If you need an annual plan, an invoice or a purchase order, tell us and we will set it up with you.
Questions Teams Ask
How do my colleagues get access?
After you pay, your team page lets you approve your organisation's email domain, which covers everyone with an address at it, or add people by name. They sign in with that email and everything is open. There is nothing to install.
What if our team grows?
Add extra seats at any time for a small monthly amount each, shown under each plan. Growing never costs more than the next plan up.
Can we share HERE with the families or staff we support?
Yes. From your team page you can create a link, or a piece of code for your website or intranet, that opens the parts of HERE you choose to people without a seat.
What counts as one organisation?
One site, with accounts for the staff who work there. A single school, a single service, a single hub. If you are a multi-academy trust, a district, or a borough running several sites, talk to us and we will price the whole thing properly rather than multiplying.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from your account settings, at any time. If you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Moving up a plan takes effect straight away, and we only charge the difference.
Is there pricing for charities, the NHS, or public services?
Yes. We support NHS innovation pathways and we hold charitable and public sector pricing. Budgets in this work are rarely generous, and we would rather find a number that works than lose the setting. Tell us what you have.
