Chelsea Foundation Family Mindfulness Workshop: "Roaring Resilience + Courageous Connection"
It is an honour to partner with the Chelsea Foundation little lions and lionesses to bring our Om:Pop mindfulness sessions to the families they support through their “Active Families” workshops. “The Chelsea FC Foundation is the world’s leading football social responsibility programme, using the power of football to motivate, educate and inspire.” They support communities and individuals in 125 towns and cities around the world, with over 300 staff, developing programmes for more than 800,000 participants.”
The session, led by HERE Co-Founder Jen Armstrong MSc along with our team member Liz Sheridan, was time spent together with activities to gently remind us to slow down, breathe, and cherish the precious moments shared with loved ones. We hope you enjoy these activities that aim to enhance awareness, empathy, and togetherness.
May you be safe. May you be healthy. May you be loved.

“I am thrilled to share our experience with the mindfulness workshop hosted by 'HERE' at our active family event. This workshop uniquely blended family trust exercises, team building, breathing exercises, and yoga. It was remarkable to observe how each family member embraced these practices, from children to adults. We all left with a greater sense of calm and clarity, ready to tackle the challenges of our daily lives. What struck me the most was how engaged and focused everyone was throughout the workshop. Families that may have come in with different dynamics left with a stronger bond and a shared sense of purpose. Not only did the families benefit, but the staff also greatly appreciated this workshop, which gave us invaluable tools for a more mindful and balanced life.”
