“I Am Enough” with Finny Frogfish

It can be easy for the mind to become busy with overwhelming and worrying thoughts, and oftentimes this can lead to negative self-talk. We can always turn to our breath to give us strength when this happens. Let’s breathe in strength and courage into our minds and our bodies and remind ourselves that “I am enough” as often as possible.

“Floating Kitty” For Calm and Healing

Try the mantra, “I am calm. I am light as air. I am relaxed.” plus “Purrrrring Breath” and activities for calm and connection in this mindful activity pack inspired by how kitties rest with all cosy with their paws tucked in… Like they’re floating!

“Wintergold and Gratitude”

The cold winter months can sometimes leave us feeling blue and overloaded. We can turn to nature and our breath for help! Think of bright yellow and orange Wintergold pines and firs that light up dreary skies and bring warmth to the landscape. We can bring this warmth and light into our lives too, while practicing gratitude for what’s within us and around us.

“Resilient Deer In Winter”

Just as deer feed their bodies for strength and endurance particularly leading up to colder weather, we can also feed our minds! As we enter the winter season, let’s tune in to our breath to help with calm and resilience while we build our brains. All that’s needed are a few moments to reset and refocus, enabling us to continue with a clearer mind and greater sense of inner peace. Let’s be resilient like deer!

“Hedgehogs and Autumn Leaves”

Appreciate all that you are and all you have achieved so far. Take a moment to think about what you want the next few months to look like, and welcome in the change you want and need. As we enter a new season, let’s settle and ground ourselves. We hope this theme helps bring warmth, safety and comfort into your every day.

“Gentle Breezes and Bluebirds”

There is a weather proverb that states: “Bluebirds are a sign of spring, warm weather and gentle south breezes.” (The Old Farmer’s Almanac). Along with this, the spiritual meaning of bluebirds includes love, peace, trust, dedication and positive change. We thought this would make for a relevant theme right now, and the idea of being gentle on yourself too. Try the mantra: "I am peaceful. I find softness in my heart. May I be gentle on myself."

“Happy Hippos and Inner Confidence”

We hope you enjoy the activities in this theme that help with inner confidence, mental balance and energy… Let’s be happy hippos!

“Build Connections And Make The World Go Round”

We are social beings. We thrive by building communities and societies, by helping each other and working together. When we feel disconnected… Maybe even low, stagnant or anxious… Receiving support, and giving it, can help! Don’t forget to share your feelings. Be open to receiving and giving love… And build those connections that make the world go round.

Say the mantra: “I show love to those who support me. I am loved. I am connected to all life on earth.”

“Calm As A Cloud”

Call upon these calming methods for those times where stress is increasing and you need to take a moment to recenter. This is not only for the benefit of yourself and the little ones around you, but also to positively model these coping mechanisms. Find mindful activities including creative ideas, affirmations, breathing exercises and yoga poses.
